Max Tsang — Director

Max has over 18 years in the financial industry focused on business valuation and transaction advisory, with credentials gained in Hong Kong, the United States and the United Kingdom. He has led valuations of global premium brands, World Bank funded utility projects, oil and gas extraction projects in North America, infrastructure under build-operate-transfer models, solar and wind plants, banks, and a container port in Brazil. His Hong Kong experience covers hundreds of listed companies, pre-IPO valuations, expert witness work, purchase price allocations and mineral valuations under the VALMIN Code and Chapter 18 of the Listing Rules. Max holds a Master's in Statistics from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's in Business (Finance) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Jimmy Wong — Director

Jimmy has over 15 years in professional advisory, focused on independent valuation opinions, value consulting and cross-border transfer pricing. He previously served at PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong and another sizable Hong Kong valuation firm. His client base spans state-owned utility conglomerates, global energy groups, long-established retail chains, media groups and technology startups, including startups in the HKSTP LEAP programme. He advises on statutory IFRS audits, quarterly NAV reporting for private capital funds, pre-IPO preferred shares and employee incentive schemes. He holds a Master's in Finance (Investment Management) from HKUST.
Marvin Wong — Director
CPA
Marvin has over 18 years across auditing, internal control advisory and financial due diligence, with a focus on business valuation. He performs valuations for state-owned enterprises and private and public companies, supporting financial reporting, M&A, tax filing and fundraising, including projects for SASAC filing in the PRC and listed company circular filings in Hong Kong and Singapore. He is experienced in intangible asset valuation covering customer relationships, trademarks, franchise agreements, mining rights, patents, distribution networks and concession rights.
Keith Lui — Director

Keith has worked in professional valuation since 2013, serving listed and private companies, large state-owned enterprises, and private equity and venture capital funds. His engagements cover financial reporting, listings, M&A, fundraising, joint ventures and preparation for expert witness participation. His industry experience spans biomedicine, digital assets, internet and media, securities and asset management, consumer goods, heavy industry, utilities, infrastructure, shipping, forestry, minerals and education.
